General Conditions
- All plant is hired in accordance with the "General Conditions for the hiring of equipment" draughted by the "Hire Association Europe" and printed on the reverse of our Hire Contract.
- Insurance cover of the plant is the hirer's responsibility.
- All prices are exclusive of V.A.T.
- Transport charges are extra - they will be quoted on request. Wasted journeys are chargeable. Twenty four hours notice is required for collection.
- Positive proof of identity will be required. NLPH reserve the right to refuse any hire contract without reason.
- All time is chargeable including Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays. Extra days after the first week are charged @ 1/5 the weekly rate.
- Minimum invoice value is £4.00.
- Lost / damaged plant is chargeable.
- Safety: Every effort is made to comply with the Health & Safety at Work Act. Our trained staff will always demonstrate a safe way of working. We stock a full range of safety instructions, goggles, gloves and other protective clothing. If in any doubt - PLEASE ASK! Remember - SAFETY FIRST!
